i have been trying for a week and a half to get a user id and password for one of my launch machines but no luck from launch. can someone help me? my branch in cape town has lost their paper work and i have to do urgent downloads for peugeot, citroen, renualt..

Please arrange to forward us the follwoing details as per avaialability.
1. Serial number of Smart Box.
2. Regsitration code (8digits) coming inside the envelope together with Usermanual.
3. Dealer code if available.
