Car does not start, immobiliser light keeps blinking all the time.
While scanning immoboliser I'm getting :
"DF054 - Ring supply, short circuit to +12V - ACTIVE"
but... I can't find immobiliser read coil in that car. I tried to use emergency start procedure with central lock button - engine started but since immobiliser got active again even that procedure doesn't work. |

after disconnekting battery emercency procedure probably works again.
tried spare key?. ring is around c.s. wiring from here to the rear of the fuse-box (in which the immobilizer is integrated) may be damaged. fuse-box got wet?

Already tried disconnecting battery - no change. Spare key (if still exists) is somewhere in Belgium, where the car was first sold. Wiring looks OK, no signs of humidityinside the car. Owner said that central door lock never worked and factory service told him it was caused by faulty "central box" and 2 weeks ago electric mirrors stopped working. So I think fuse box just died for good. But that's not my problem now, I'm getting married today and I have 2 weeks off-work |
