Hi,
Could you tell me what is the difference between can connector II and CAN connector I + Volvo CAN? I have seen that it is possible to update CAN connector II. Can I use CAN I + volvo for every car similar to CAN II? Thanks. |

Dear hammer,
The CAN BUS II connecter is the latest connecter and is entirely different from the CAN BUS and VOLVO CAN Connecter,
If you have not added it yet to your package, please arrange to buy the same, as almost a many number of systems and functions in the new softwares are developed to work with the CAN BUS II, so please arrange to get and use the CAN UPGRADE software from the internet to upgrade the same with Version 2.1 software as well,
Regarding the coding of the NISSAN MICRA, please try the same with the CAN BUS II and communicate your feed backs in this regards. If you use the 14-16 connecters or the CAN connecter in NEW NISSAN vehicles, it can tend to create the issue of Immo lock, which would be automatically reset if the vehicle is switched OFF and left untouched for about 10115 minutes.

Thank you for this useful information regarding to CAN connector.
Otherwise, X431 can communicate with the NATS but the code consists of numbers & letters which is 12 digit. The problem is I can't enter letters. I tried to use the built in keyboard which is near the clock. This micra is without intelligent-key system. |
