I 'v last version 5.0 for diagnose an Audi Q7 from this year & it does'nt joy. why ?

Dear Dembele,
The version 5.0 in here refers to the Update Tool version? Is that so?
Pls communicate the version of the Audi software used and also the connecter used.
Are we using the CAN BUS II connecter or the normal CAN BUS connecter,

version 5.0 is the update tool version but did'nt use can bus 2. I just have in my X 431 case a canbus & volvo canbus.The version of this q 7 is not given.
