My customer have just bought 1 Audi A8L year 2007. But this car has a lot of problems: sometimes it can not lock the door, can not open the window, can not turn on the turn signal. I used X431 Top to check, Top inform the codes:
- P1923 please check DTC memory of ECU number 2
- Convenience sys. central Ctrl unit J393
This car is very new in my country, so I don't know how to overcome this problem.............Please help me

Dear Rainy,
Please go to System Search and make a complete scan of the car,
After that, list out the systems in which the faults exists and then try to enter each of these systems individually to find out the faults.
Try printing out these faults and after that try to clear those DTC'.
The issue seems to be coming from the Central Control Unit, Please check the connections and the harness linking to the same.
