Dear Launch Tech Team;
During a diagnostic on two cars Renault Type Laguna, we have to meet the following problems:
* On the first one Laguna I year 2000,
The access is refused to us with top X431.
* On the second Laguna I, we reach all the systems except ENG one.
We shall expect to receive your answers and your explanations as soon as possible.
