i used OBDII but can't access cadillac SRX-2004 VIN 1GYDE63A840154224
i don't know whether x431 can't diagnose this car or i don't use the proper software
Please help me out to solve this problem

Dear Hait,
The Cadillac is listed in the GM software, hence please arrange to use the GM software for the same as well.

i have tried GM software newest version with many menus inside but still failed to connect with ECU
CADILAC - VIN : 1GYDE63A840154224 -Model: SRX-V8
could you please tell me more in detail which menu in GM we have to use to diagnose the car given the VIN and model above

the display board of Cadillac show low range and engine lamp, so the vehicle can not run with high speed, transmision only for the low speed, please help how to reset to normal status
