dear mr arun sivanand ,
being located in canada , i just found out that to update the software for one year for my launch scanner , i have to pay the same price as usa but i have to pay extra money to get isuzu jaguar and saab , these car lines have also been sold in canada for more than 20 years , can you explain to me why we canadian users have to pay extra money to get these 3 car lines...
this message will also be posted on several other launch x 431 forums around the world because it is a quite unfair policy...

Dear Mr. Jidosha,
IN reply to your query, we may need to inform that the Launch software packages are sorted and distributed based on the population and relevacne of existance of the particular makes of cars prevailing in the area.
Hence, in the last 2 decades, if the car brands listed by you have become very common, please take it with Launch through the Launch CANADA branch and they may be pleased to assist you in this subject,
The solution in this regards should come from the branch office or Launch HQ through the Canada Branch, so please contact the branch with the requirements.

i already spoke with mervin zhang from launch canada 2 times about that issue, he told me he could do nothing unless cn launch headquarters in china approve of this change to launch canada branch...
since saab and jaguar isuzu , smart, mercedes dodge sprinter are sold in propertion as about the same as in usa for the last plus 20 years , i really don't see why we canadian should be treated differently and pay more money to get these 3 car lines ; jaguar saab and isuzu etc...
this marketing policy will certainly prevents potential buyers from buying the launch scanner because there are many other option from competition...
i've been promoting this scanner on many tech web sites, advising techs that it was good value for money but if this policy is not corrected rapidly, i will recommand other aftermarket scanners to techs...
i've been using this scanner for more than 4 years, i fought for getting the suzuki software free for canadian users and it was finally approved so now the issue of jaguar , saab , isuzu is exactly the same....
please correct the problem as soon as possible...

hello again, mr arun, i receive an email from mr henry zhao from launch usa head quarter, telling me that he email launch headquarter in china to correct this unfair marketing policy regarding canadian users vs usa users ...
eager to see this problem solved so i can update my launch x 431 scanner for one year, and get like usa the jaguar,saab, isuzu softwares in the one year regular update fee....
